1. Overview
We stand behind the quality of our premium squishies and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the plush, tactile nature of squishy products and hygiene considerations, we maintain specific return guidelines to ensure product integrity for all customers.
2.Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.
Once it has been shipped, We can no longer cancel an order. All sales are final once they are shipped.
3.Reasons for refunds
If the return is due to the buyer (e.g. don't like/want the item, ordered the wrong product/size), the buyer must pay for the return shipping.
If the return is due to our reason (e.g. incorrect product, product quality issue), we will provide you with a full refund, including return shipping costs.
4.Damaged items
Please inspect the item immediately upon receipt, if the item is incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 3 days so we can assess the problem and correct it, proper photo and video evidence must be provided.
5.Package Loss
Please make sure the delivery address is correct and complete before purchasing, we cannot be held responsible for lost packages if the customer provides an incorrect address.
7.Lost parcels
Please make sure the delivery address is correct and complete before purchase, if the address provided by the customer is incorrect, we are not responsible for the lost parcels. If the loss is caused by the courier company, we will give you a full refund.
8. Return Eligibility
To qualify for returns:
Time frame: Request must be made within 7 days of delivery date
Condition Requirements:
• Unused, unopened original packaging
• Intact hygiene seal (if applicable)
• No visible compression marks or texture changes
• Original tags/labels attached
• No pet hair, odors, or stains
Note: Squishies that show signs of compression/stretching from handling will not be accepted due to material memory properties.
9. Non-Returnable Items
• Opened/used squishies (hygiene products)
• Custom-made/personalized items
• Clearance/seasonal items marked "Final Sale"
• Products damaged by improper handling/storage
• Product damage caused by improper use by the seller, such as violence, modification of product design, etc.
• Free Gift
• Damage caused by natural disasters such as force majeure
• Product theft or loss.
Note: Items must be in the same condition as when received and not affect secondary sales.
10. Return Contact
Pls contact us at support@ahasquishy.com within 7 days with:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the intact package, seal stickers, and the items in the transparent bag for verification purposes
• Reason for return
We’ll reply to you within 3 Days.
11. Refund Processing
Timeline:5-7 business days after receiving & inspecting return

Deductions:
• Missing components: 15-30% value reduction
• Restocking fee: 10% for unopened returns
Note:If a promotional discount was applied to your order, the value of the discount will be deducted from your refund. In addition, for orders that qualify for free shipping, the equivalent of standard shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
12. International Returns
Customers responsible for:
• Customs/duties for returned items
• Return shipping costs
• Insurance for high-value items (>$50 USD)
